Course duration:

2 days, 9am - 5pm
Cost: £395.00 + VAT
Suitable for: Anyone with a little HPLC experience. Otherwise take the intro course first.
Location:

Laserchrom, Rochester

Course Content:

This course discusses the following separations:

Catecholamines and Metanephrines

5-HIAA and Metabolites

Vitamins

Carotens

HbA1C

Amino Acids

The course covers the reason for doing the analysis, the types of samples that will be encountered, the sample preparation process, and the HPLC requirements for the separation. Potential problems with each method will be discussed.

The course does not aim to provide an SOP for each method - that is the responsibility of individual labs. But after the course each participant should have a good understanding of each method, and feel confident to troubleshoot these methods.

Day 2 is a practical day in the lab.
