Course content:

Overview of HPLC Equipment

Correct installation of an HPLC system, including electrical and fluid connections

Conditions required for dynamic equilibrium

Routine maintenance - replacement of pistons, piston seals, check valves, and detector lamps

Problem symptoms:

  • Increasing retention time,

  • Unreproducible retention times.
  • Integration problems
